Privacy Policy: Pari Eyebrow Threading Palace – Detailed Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

1. Purpose of This Policy

Our appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows affect our ability to serve other clients and result in lost time for our stylists and beauticians. This policy helps us maintain a fair and efficient booking system for everyone.

2. Appointment Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service cost.

Repeated short-notice cancellations may require prepayment or deposits for future bookings.

3. Rescheduling Appointments

You may reschedule your appointment once if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

If you reschedule more than once or with short notice, a new deposit may be required to confirm the new slot.

All changes must be made via the same booking platform (or by phone/email if booked manually).

4. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will be marked as a no-show.

100% of the service charge or the remaining balance after deposit will be due.

Future appointments may require full prepayment to secure a booking.

5. Deposits

Some appointments (especially packages or advanced treatments) may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Deposits are applied toward your total service cost at checkout.

Deposits are non-refundable unless we receive the required cancellation notice or the salon cancels your booking.

If sufficient notice is provided, deposits may be transferred once to a future booking.

6. Late Arrivals

We understand delays happen, but please plan to arrive on time.

Clients arriving 10 minutes or more late may have their service shortened to avoid delaying the next client.

If the appointment cannot be completed, it may be treated as a late cancellation, and a fee or deposit loss may apply.

7. Group & Multi-Service Bookings

For group bookings or appointments involving multiple services, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes.

Cancellations made within less than 48 hours may incur a 50% charge of the total booking value.

Group bookings may require advance deposits per person or per service.

8. Refunds

Deposits and prepayments are non-refundable unless the salon initiates the cancellation.

Refunds (when applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.

No cash refunds are available for electronic or online transactions.

9. Salon Cancellations

In rare cases, if we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to staff illness, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances, we will:

• Contact you as soon as possible.
• Offer an alternative appointment date/time.
• Provide a full refund or credit for any prepaid or deposited amount.

10. Emergencies & Exceptions

We understand emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to illness, family emergency, or unexpected situation:

• Please notify us as soon as possible.
• We may, at our discretion, waive the cancellation fee or transfer your deposit to a future date.
