Consumer Terms and Conditions – Pari Eyebrow Threading Palace

1. General Information

Pari Eyebrow Threading Palace (“we,” “our,” or “the Salon”) provides professional beauty and threading services. We offer online and in-person bookings to enhance your convenience. By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
• You will use our services only for lawful purposes.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

2. Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee that all information will be error-free.
• You accept that your use of our services is at your own risk.
• The Salon, its employees, or affiliates shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from service use, product reactions, or incorrect information provided by you.
• Please inform our staff of any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions before your treatment.

3. Making a Booking

Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person. A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS, email, or phone call. You are responsible for ensuring your booking details are correct.

Group Bookings: For group or multiple service appointments, we may request a higher deposit or longer notice period for cancellations (see Section 4).

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Cancellations within less than 24 hours may result in loss of deposit or a 50% service fee.
• No-shows may be charged the full service amount and may require prepayment for future bookings.
• Late arrivals (10+ minutes) may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, depending on availability.

Salon Cancellations: If we need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative time or a full refund of any paid deposit.

5. Gift Vouchers

• Vouchers can be purchased in-salon or online and redeemed only at Pari Eyebrow Threading Palace.
• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Vouchers can be partially redeemed, and the remaining balance will stay active until expiry.
• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

6. Memberships and Packages

• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated.
• Session-based packages must be used within their validity period.
• Missed sessions or no-shows without notice may be deducted from your package balance.
• Extensions may be granted only under special circumstances (e.g., medical reasons).

7. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes.
• We accept cash, digital wallets, and card payments.
• Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.
• A non-refundable deposit may be required for high-value or long-duration services.

8. Reviews and Feedback

• After your appointment, you may receive a message inviting you to leave a review.
• By submitting a review, you grant the Salon permission to publish it (with your first name only).
• You agree not to post false, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
• The Salon reserves the right to remove or refuse to display reviews that violate these terms.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected during booking or service delivery is used solely for managing appointments, customer communication, and internal analytics. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required by law.

10. Loyalty & Promotions

We may offer loyalty programs or promotional discounts. Reward points or promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. The Salon reserves the right to modify or discontinue such offers at any time.

11. Conduct and Right to Refuse Service

We maintain a respectful and safe environment for clients and staff. The Salon reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone behaving inappropriately, under the influence, or violating these terms. In such cases, deposits or fees may be forfeited.

12. Limitation of Services

Some treatments may not be suitable for individuals with certain skin conditions, medical issues, or allergies. Please disclose any relevant information before your service begins. The Salon is not liable for reactions or side effects arising from undisclosed conditions or use of external products.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website or within the salon premises. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the Makwanpur District Court or relevant Nepali authorities.
